Roberta Grant started quilting in 2008 and became the main quilter for Compassionate Hands Quilters, a quilting group active at Bannockburn Baptist Church, in 2009. She has quilted 35-70 quilts per year since 2009. She retired from her job in 2015 and started her quilting business, Get Quilted Austin, in 2016.
